Payment Method

Bank transfer is only available for Korean residents due to payment system restrictions.

Credit Card Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system. All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants. The actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate.

You can check the payment status of your registration at 'Registration Conform'.

Payment needed Online Registration and payment have not been completed yet. Payment status by transfer is being confirmed.

Confirmation of Registration & Downloading Receipt
  • An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email after your payment is completed (Credit Card) or confirmed by the Secretariat (Bank Transfer).
  • You can download your receipt at ‘Registration Confirmation’ once your registration is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
  • If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact the ICRS Asia Regional Meeting Secretariat via email.
  • Once you submit your cancellation (refund) request, the secretariat will review and process it. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to complete.
  • All bank charges for remittance fee must paid by the registrant.
  • All the valid refund will be proceeded within 30 days after the last day of the congress, and the cancellation charge shall be deducted from the refund amount.

결제방법
신용카드 온라인 등록 시스템을 통해서만 카드 결제가 가능합니다. 혹 해당 카드가 아님에도 결제가 되지 않는 경우, '크로스 사이트 추적방지, 모든 쿠키 차단' 부분의 해제 여부를 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
계좌이체 모든 은행 송금 수수료는 등록자 부담을 원칙으로 합니다. 은행 송금으로 납부하실 경우 송금자와 등록자의 이름이 동일해야 합니다. 등록자명과 송금자명이 다를 경우, 송금 영수증 사본과 함께 등록자 이름을 기입하여 ICRS Asia Regional Meeting 사무국으로 연락주시기 바랍니다. 무통장 입금의 경우, 사무국에서 입금 내역 확인 후 결제 상태를 변경해 드리며, 입금내역 확인에 최대 일주일 가량 소요될 수 있습니다.

  • 등록 취소 및 등록비 환불을 희망하시는 경우, 환불신청서를 다운로드 받아 작성 후 사무국 이메일로 보내주시기 바랍니다.
