e-Poster Presentation Guideline

All e-Poster presenters are required to submit their e-Poster presentation file via e-mail (info.icrskorea2025@gmail.com).

Your e-Poster will be displayed in a digital format on high-resolution monitors

Printed posters or photographs of printed posters wil NOT be accepted.

How to prepare your e-Poster

Your e-Poster MUST follow these requirements:

  • All e-Posters must be prepared in English.
  • Limited to one page only.
  • File Format: Save as PDF.
  • Dimensions: 1080 x 1920 pixels (portrait orientation).
  • Modifications to the font size and placement of the title, author's names, and affiliations are permissible for your e-poster file. ※However, essential elements such as the abstract title and author information(including authors' names, affiliations including department, and country) must be included and clearly visible.
  • Hyperlinks, animated images, animations, and videos are not permitted.
  • Images and tables: Minimum resolution of 200 dpi is required. High image quality is essential.
  • When inserting images and tables use copy-paste. Do not insert embedded documents.
  • Avoid overlapping objects and layers. Only the final view will be visible.
  • File size: Less than 5 MB
