Abstract Submission Guideline

  • Kindly prepare the abstract using the designated template on ICRS 2025 Asia Regional Meeting website.
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English only.
  • Abstracts shall NOT be longer than 350 words.
  • An optional figure and table may be included in your submission. (The permitted formats for figures and tables are png, jpg)
  • The submission form is intended for the review of the abstract.
  • Abstracts submitted for: e-Poster Viewing Only *Please note: All posters will be presented in a digital format, eliminating the need for printed materials.
  • It is the authors’ responsibility to review the submissions and correct them. Submitters are responsible for all typing errors in the abstract.
  • Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after you submit an abstract.
  • Authors whose abstracts are accepted for presentation will receive complimentary registration to the conference.
  • If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please request to have it withdrawn by sending an email to the ICRS Asia Regional Meeting secretariat as soon as possible.
